Join us for our annual conference. This year's theme is "Resilience".

This is a year of resilience. As we begin this school year, we believe resilience is more important than ever. Our Fall 2022 Annual Conference theme is “Resilience”.

Our conference will take place in-person with some virtual options. Masks are encouraged but not required unless changes in host site policies.

We will begin the day with a keynote address by panelists discussing how science education should address the resilience at an ecosystem level, social/emotional level, and the confluence of science and culture.

Breakout sessions will follow with presenters that include scientists, science teachers, and organizations. Breakout sessions will help you dive deeper into practices, activities, and opportunities that encourage resilience in science teaching. Community Partners in science education will have booths with resources and information available to browse as well.

We have a great keynote panel and over a dozen presenters lined up for the HaSTA conference.

Program in the works and will be posted soon.

Membership means you will be able to attend the keynote, chose 2 breakout sessions from 14 presenters and pursue the  Exhibitor tables from our community partner. Be sure to Register and bring you friends!

Oh- and bring a box or canvas bag for the give away and the "pre-owned" science resources in the SWAP meet area!
