7:00 am Vendor/Exhibit set up- Cafeteria - Ewa end of parking lot. 7:30am Registration begins, Exhibits/Vendors and Refreshments and Swap meet 8:15- 9:15 General Session - Auditorium Keynote speaker : Keynote speaker Leon R. Roose - Hawaiʻi Natural Energy Institute (HNEI) at UH Mānoa General Meeting - announcement of 2020 officers 9:15 - 9:30 Break and move to Session A rooms - 9:30 - 10:15 Breakout Session A - “A” building - see schedule for sessions & room numbers. 10:15 -10:55 Visit Exhibits & Vendors. Cafeteria - Get refreshments(BYOM:bring your favorite mug) Network with fellow awesome science teachers. Visit teacher swap meet* Loads of FREE resources donated by local schools and teachers - bring a box or cloth bag. 11:00-11:45 Breakout Session B “A” building - see schedule for sessions & room numbers. 12:00- 12:15 Conference Wrap Up - Drawings for Door prizes** - Cafeteria - ** Write your name on the ticket and place your door prize ticket in the cup by prize you hope to win. Must be present to WIN door prizes!
