The Student presentation (oral or display) deadline has been extended to December 6th.
Aloha, Hawaii Farm to School Hui has joined forces with a group of youth and food advocates to form a statewide Hawaii Youth Food Council! We are seeking high school students from all islands who are passionate about food, nutrition, and agriculture to help us plan and launch the Council, and conduct an assessment of school food in the Spring semester. Please see our flier for more information. Selected youth will be paid a $500 stipend for their participation, and we anticipate a commitment of about 10-15 hours per month for the first half of 2020 (January - June). This will include monthly meetings after school hours, and a "kick off" event on Saturday, February 29 on Oahu (airfare will be covered). Please have interested youth apply AT THIS LINK by November 27. The Student presentation (oral or display) deadline has been extended to December 6th. Mahalo!
