This year, we are stepping outside of the traditional conference setting and bringing science educators directly into the community for a hands-on, place-based learning experience.
In celebration of the Year of Coastal Kuleana, participating educators will gather at Kuliʻouʻou Beach Park before heading to one of two nearby work sites, where they will engage in immersive experiences focused on our coastal environments, stewardship, and connecting science education to place.
