The Windward Regional Tournament is a qualifying tournament for school teams to participate in the Annual State Finals Tournament.

Regional Tournaments are open to all public, private, charter, and home secondary schools that operate in the State of Hawaii. School teams can register to participate online via www.hsso.org.
